How to edit a product?
Our HR Products contain documents that are available in Word, PowerPoint, or Excel, depending on the format in which the document has been developed.
Note: Survey reports, eBooks, and videos (e-learning) are not customizable.
You have the freedom to customize them with your company logo, change the company name, edit text, or anything else that suits your business needs.
Note: Save a copy before editing to prevent changing the original product file
Find and replace text
1.) Enter the word or phrase you want to locate in the Find box.
Note: Most of our HR resources have the name of “Company” as a generic term
let’s say we want to replace the name “Company” with the name “Your Company”, so we’ve typed that text into the replace box.
2.) Select Find Next until you come to the word you want to update or choose to replace all.
3.) Save the document after you finish editing.

How to translate a product to another language?
Our products are only available in business English language.
To translate our HR products, you will only need Microsoft Translator (Microsoft Office), an intelligent service made available by Microsoft cloud. It uses Neural Machine Translation (NMT), which is the new standard for high-quality AI-powered machine translations (translation available in 60 languages).
For example, if you want to translate our Authority Matrix Template into Spanish or French it can easily be done by using the Microsoft Translator.
