Refund Request
We offer a one (1) week refund from your original purchase date. Please complete the below form and describe in which way the HR product(s) you purchased is not aligned with the pictures and descriptions on our website.
Refund requests which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations (abuse) or wishes are not honored.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our HR product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Please complete the below form to request a refund within one (1) week of your purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed through PayPal within 5 business days. PayPal transaction fees may apply.
