How the Scoring Works

Our HR Risk Assessment Calculator looks at key areas like payroll, leave, performance, and policies. Each question is scored:
  • Yes / Fully Compliant = 0 points
  • Partial / Needs Improvement = 1–2 points (depending on the question)​
  • No / Non-Compliant = 3 points
​Once you finish, all points are added up to give your total risk score:
  • Low Risk (0–7): Your HR processes are solid. Keep up the good work!
  • Medium Risk (8–14): Some areas need attention. Focus on improving compliance and policies.
