Customer Satisfaction Score

Measures customer happiness with employee service. Formula: (Sum of All Scores / Number of Respondents)

Sales Targets Met

Measures if employees reach sales quotas. Formula: (Actual Sales / Target Sales) x 100

Time Management Efficiency

Measures employee's skill to manage time. Formula: (Planned Time / Actual Time Spent) x 100
