  • Convene a cross cutting working group to identify desired attributes of company’s Culture of Excellence.
  • Leverage results of best-practice study tour to identify best in class attributes of similar organizations. 
  • Develop a Culture of Excellence strategy and implementation plan with identified initiatives related to business core activities.
Medium Term (6-12 months) Initiatives
  • Implement initiatives 
  • Create an incentives program to encourage innovative thinking among company’s staff.
