The associated guaranteed allowances related to the flexible employment program will be in proportionate to the reduced work week percentage. For example, the accommodation allowance will be reduced to 50% or 75%. On the other hand, related benefits such as medical insurance, end of service severance, annual leave, etc. should not change and remain the same as a regular full time equivalent employee.
