​The Behavioral Competency Generator consists of seven (7) competencies. Behavioral competency levels are an instrument used to measure one’s ability to demonstrate competency on the job.

Each proficiency level captures a wide range of abilities and is organized into four (4) levels, from Basic to Role Model.
